Are the recipes allergy friendly?

Many of the recipes have substitutes for allergies such as soy or gluten. If you have allergies, send me an email to gen@withextraveg.net and I can give you more information as to whether the plans will work for you.

Are the recipes gluten free?

Most of the recipes have gluten free options or can be easily made gluten free (simply buying gluten free pasta). If you’re after gluten free plans please send me an email to gen@withextraveg.net and I’ll be happy to look into it for you.

What if my family doesn't like the recipes in the plans?

The plans are fully customisable, so you can swap out any of the recipes for one of the 600 recipes in the recipe index.

How much prep time will the recipes take on the weekend?

It normally takes about 90 minutes of prep on the weekend.


What sort of recipes do I get each week in the plan?

Each plan provides a breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks for each day of the week.

How many people do the plans serve?

Yes, you can customise the number of serves for each recipe in the plans. So they'll work for any number of people!
